What to expect?
How the Process Works
1. Book Your Consultation
Begin by booking your consultation through the online booking system. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your session.
2. Complete the Intake Form
Before your consultation, you will receive a health intake form by email. Please complete this form in advance of our session. It allows you to reflect on your health history, current concerns, and symptoms, and helps me gain a clearer understanding of your situation before we meet.
3. Initial Consultation
During the consultation, we will go through your health concerns in depth. Homeopathy takes a holistic approach, so we will discuss not only your physical symptoms but also aspects such as your emotional wellbeing, lifestyle, sleep, energy levels, and medical history.
Initial consultations usually last 60–90 minutes, allowing enough time to understand your individual experience and the patterns behind your symptoms.
4. Remedy Selection
After the consultation, I carefully review all the information you have shared in order to select the homeopathic remedy that best matches your unique symptom picture. This process takes place after the session so that your case can be considered thoughtfully and thoroughly.
5. Personalised Follow-Up Email
Within a few days, you will receive a personalised email containing:
The recommended homeopathic remedy
Potency and dosage instructions
Guidance on how and when to take the remedy
Information on where to order the remedy
Any additional recommendations if relevant
I will help you find a trusted supplier based on your location so that you can order your remedy.
6. Follow-Up Consultations
Follow-up consultations allow us to review your progress and discuss any changes you may be experiencing. Based on your response to the remedy, we may continue with the same remedy, adjust the potency, or consider a different remedy if needed.
Follow-up consultations typically last 30–45 minutes and help ensure your treatment continues to support your healing process.

Consultation and how the process works for the patient:
Homeopathic treatment is tailored to your individual pattern of symptoms and supports your body’s own healing response. What works for one person may not be the right remedy for another.
The speed of progress depends on how severe your symptoms are and how long you have experienced them.
Long-standing or chronic conditions usually take time and patience, and treatment may involve adjusting remedies along the way.
Acute symptoms tend to appear and pass more quickly, and remedies can often act more rapidly in these situations.
Homeopathy is a complementary therapy and can be used safely alongside conventional medication. If you wish to change or reduce medication, this should always be done in consultation with your doctor.
As treatment progresses, many people notice gradual improvements in sleep, energy, mood, and overall wellbeing, along with steady improvement in their symptoms.
